The BEE Collective works at the intersections of birthing justice, early childhood, healing justice, and community power. Our programs support families from pregnancy through the early years while addressing the systems and conditions that shape their ability to thrive.
Our work includes direct services and mutual aid, birth and care workforce development, play and early learning, land- and water-based healing, and community-led organizing and policy advocacy.
These areas are intentionally connected. We believe healthy births, thriving children, supported caregivers, fairly compensated care workers, access to nature and healing, and community power are all part of building healthier communities.
Our work is organized across four interconnected areas (a birth to early childhood ecosystem)
