Water Walking is a low-intensity water aerobics class designed for pregnant people to promote cardiovascular health and community well-being.
Join us for our free Water Walking Class for Pregnant People (Low- Intensity Water Aerobics) 6-week series with Gullah Swim Academy and The BEE Collective. This class is perfect for expecting mothers who want to stay active and healthy during their pregnancy.
The low -intensity water aerobics will help you stay fit and relieve any stress on your joints. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the class and provide modifications for each exercise to accommodate your changing body.
Don’t worry about bringing any equipment, we’ve got everything you need! Just make sure to wear a comfortable swimsuit, water shoes, swim cap and bring a water bottle and towel.
