What is a Healing Circle?
A traditional way of drawing on our relationships, stories and collective wisdom to learn from and with one another about how to maintain our well-being.
What to Expect
- Free community resources – food, diapers, perinatal services
- Candid discussions about healthy relationships, coping strategies and boundaries
- Communal care and new friendships
