BEE Collective members Adrienne Troy-Frazier, Tysheena Walker and Simone Lee appeared on The Public Verse (OHM Radio) and discussed with Grace McNally, their collective mission and the upcoming inaugural Just-Us INDABA on Saturday November 4th.
The Public Verse (produced at OHM Radio 96.3 FM) is described as the community’s connection to everything local in Charleston. This show features interviews with city council members, journalists, nonprofits, community members and musicians to bring your stories, songs and perspectives you won’t get anywhere else.
The mission of the Beloved Early Education and Care Collective is to ensure that every child enters kindergarten socially and emotionally ready to learn, that every pregnant person, parent and early educator has positive well-being and the tools to navigate maternal health and early care systems, that families are resilient, and that our community reduces mental health stigma for all ages.
